These are walking effortlessly, boosting the immune system, moving energy, improving joint health, and finding effective nitric oxide workouts. All of these release endorphins. Remember that the simple exercise of walking is one of the best exercises which can be enjoyed with the reflection of nature all around you. Be aware that endorphins build the inner strength that you need to restore health -- sometimes it is important to count endorphins to restore that sense of pause to see the reflection of life and goodness around us.
The hardest effort we will ever make in this life involves the digestion of food. It requires a calming effect to allow the digestive organs to do their work. Calming the body at meals becomes crucial for the absorption of minerals, vitamins, and nutrients which nourish our body.
The idea of emptying the gut to allow the body enough time to rest becomes the way our body regenerates the most regenerated part of our body. The stomach lining remakes itself every 7 to 10 days. The intestinal walls remake themselves every 2 to 4 days.
